Functieomschrijving

As an IT agent, you will provide support for hardware and software related systems and processes and provide effective and timely resolution of user problems, queries or complaints in line with business strategy and objectives, and group IT guidelines and IT policies. Key Tasks:

Comply with the global, regional and EFSS security and data privacy management processes and policies;
Investigate problems related to EFSS IT infrastructure (pc’s, mobile phones, desk phones, printers, network, video conferencing);
Solve 2nd line IT infra support requests;
Log and follow up of 3rd party support tickets with Printer, Computer, Network, video conferencing and mobile providers;
Installs and maintains pc client operating systems, applications and website client components;
Administration of IT assets in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
Account management via Active Directory and RequestIT.

You have a degree in Information and Communication Technology;
Good support knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;
Good support knowledge of video conferencing hard- and software;
Basic knowledge of following networking topologies: LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/Cloud/ZPA;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and policies and filesharing (NTFS);
Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware setup;
Basic knowledge of software inventory and distribution products like: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SSCM and InTune), Adaptiva OneSite.
You have a valid working permit for the Netherlands.
