HR Officer
Inleiding
As a Part-Time HR Officer, you will provide crucial support to our Business HR Leader, helping to manage various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers a nice opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to the overall success of the team
Functieomschrijving
Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with and interviewing candidates.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
Training: assist in organizing trainings for our Polartec associates
Employee Inquiries: Address employee queries related to HR policies or other HR topics in a timely and professional manner.
HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, health & safety activities, handling HR communication, organizing employee events
Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation and handling office management tasks
Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, helping to develop HR policies and maintain an organized and compliant HR environment.
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch social legislation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
